This item came in 4 business days and I am very happy with the sound quality when I play it on my ipod nano. No problems at all and I love using it in my car.
 Didn't work in a 1995 Mercedes Benz Tape Deck August 30, 2010

I'm not quite sure why it didn't work in my father's 1995 Mercedes Benz Tape Deck but it just kept auto-flipping as if there was nothing on each side. They said it was universal, it's not. My dad's tape deck plays other tapes perfectly well.

I have purchased a product like this before and it's the best sound quality for iPod I can find (if you have an old-school cassette player in your car). This is a great product both in terms of price and performance.

Mine was creating a racket until I sprayed WD-40 on the insides of my Toyota's cassette deck. All those years of only using CD's had left the cassette deck pretty dry & dusty. But with the WD-40 everything quieted down and the rattling sounds ceased. Now I use the Adapter about daily and consider it a bargain!
